Chef - $25 - $35
To manage the operation of a designated section of the kitchen following the
Executive Chef / Head Chef & Sous Chef’s guideline - providing maximum quality in
order to satisfy customer expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Checking ingredients to make sure the quality and freshness
Preparing and cooking food in various utensils and grillers
Seasoning, portioning, adding sauces to the food during/after cooking
Preparing food to meet client’s taste and dietary needs
Arrange food on plates or wrap it to be taken away
Storing and reserving food
Assisting in planning menus, estimating food and labour costs
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized
and prepared for the next shift.
Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of machines before each
run, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assisting with training kitchen staff
Any other duties the Executive Chef / Head Chef, Sous Chef or Chef De Partie
may reasonably require.
Waiter/Waitress $25 - $32
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
Escorting customers to their tables and presenting menus.
Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, noting any special requests or
dietary restrictions.
Recommending menu items, specials, and beverages based on customer
preferences and menu knowledge.
Inputting orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system promptly.
Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or
issues.
Clearing tables and resetting them for the next customers.
Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, stocking
supplies, and cleaning.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Upselling additional menu items or promotions to increase sales.
