We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, with a focus on French cuisine. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you.

As a Cook, you will play an essential role in our kitchen, ensuring consistent, high-quality food preparation and presentation.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • ·        Check ingredients and foodstuffs for freshness and quality.
  • ·         Operate and regulate ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.
  • ·         Prepare, cook, and season dishes to recipe standards.
  • ·         Portion, plate, and garnish food with consistent presentation.
  • ·         Store food safely in temperature-controlled facilities.
  • ·         Maintain ingredient levels and report stock needs.
  • ·         Work efficiently during busy periods and support the kitchen team.
  • ·         Keep high standards of taste, appearance, and food safety.
  • ·         Assist with basic menu planning and estimating ingredient needs.
  • ·         Follow Health & Safety and Food Control Plan requirements.
