Lovely Foods Private Ltd is looking for two Indian cooks: Tandoori and Curry, who are either New Zealand citizen, resident or an open work visa and have at least one year work experience in Indian cuisine Tandoori or Curry.

working hours:30-35 hours/week;

11:30 am - 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm -9:30 pm, as flexibly required, including weekends

pay rate:$25-$35/hour and overtime at $25-$35/hour

Wages will be paid weekly into their nominated bank account.

 

Duties:

Prepares, seasons and cooks food in a dining

examining foodstuffs to ensure quality;

regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment;

preparing and cooking food;

seasoning food during cooking;

portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes;

storing food in temperature-controlled facilities;

preparing food to meet special dietary requirements;

may plan menus and estimate food requirements;

may train other kitchen staff and apprentice.
