Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen management and planningĀ 

  • Team managementĀ 
  • Leading the team in food preparation and cateringĀ 
  • Maintaining stockĀ 
  • Ensure cleanliness in galey and provision storesĀ 
  • Ensuring working practice of food products handlingĀ 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role on commercial vessels

  • Ability to work on board vesselsĀ 

  • Excellent teamwork, leadership skills and problem-solving skills

  • Willing to travel and be away from homeĀ
