The candidates should have NZQF Level 4 qualification in Cookery or equivalent, or at least two years of relevant work experience
We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our cafe team. The role involves preparing and cooking traditional Chinese dishes in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining consistent food quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have relevant cookery qualifications or industry experience, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:

Cooking certificate or relevant work experience

Experience preparing and cooking authentic cuisine in a commercial kitchen

Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and recipes

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
