We are hunting for experienced chef to run our busy kitchen in the counrty envoirment.

The Key Responsibilities are:

 Planning menus and dishes in consultation with other owner.

Preparing and cooking food

 Supervising other kitchen staff and cook .

Ensuring quality of dishes before they are served.

Managing the kitchen's budget Ordering and managing kitchen supplies.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen Training and mentoring junior cooks and kitchen hands.

Coordinating the work of the kitchen staff .

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen .

Creating new and exciting recipes We are Looking for someone who had NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Minimum Hours 30 Per Week.
