We are seeking an experienced Rostering/Scheduling administrator to support Women’s Health services with medical rostering and operational administration.  Takapuna Location working Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm.  Office based.  

Key responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain SMO, RMO and on-call medical rosters

  • Ensure rosters are published within required timeframes

  • Maintain roster databases and systems

  • Provide diary and inbox management for senior management

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes

  • Liaise with Booking & Scheduling teams to manage clinics and cancellations

  • Support outpatient bookings and clinic profile management

  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain Excel logs

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and capital expenditure tracking

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

About you

  • Proven office administration and Scheduling/Rostering experience

  • Strong database, spreadsheet and MS Office skills (Excel essential)

  • Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex relationships

  • Ability to work in an everchanging enviornment with tight deadlines
  • Health sector experience an advantage
