We are seeking an experienced Rostering/Scheduling administrator to support Women’s Health services with medical rostering and operational administration. Takapuna Location working Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm. Office based.
Key responsibilities

Produce and maintain SMO, RMO and on-call medical rosters

Ensure rosters are published within required timeframes

Maintain roster databases and systems

Provide diary and inbox management for senior management

Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes

Liaise with Booking & Scheduling teams to manage clinics and cancellations

Support outpatient bookings and clinic profile management
-
Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain Excel logs
-
Support budgeting, forecasting and capital expenditure tracking

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
About you

Proven office administration and Scheduling/Rostering experience

Strong database, spreadsheet and MS Office skills (Excel essential)

Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work autonomously and manage complex relationships
- Ability to work in an everchanging enviornment with tight deadlines

Health sector experience an advantage
