We are looking for a full time and permanent position of a Personal Assistant for our company in Central Otago, Otago. The job requires someone capable of managing a dynamic, high-pressure environment while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional services. You will be working from Monday to Friday with minimum of 30 hours and maximum of 40 Hours.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to a high-performing agent.

  • Manage appointments, client correspondence, and communications.
  • Handling and processing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meeting, appointment, calls as required.
  • Prepare documentation and presentations as required.
  • Maintain and manage client databases.
  • Able to relate to people from a range of cultures and at all levels of management
  • Perform general office duties as required.
  • Able to assist in basic company accounts
  • Liaising with all other staff about a range of matters related to organisation
  • Ensure contracts and compliance documents are prepared and processed accurately.

 

Skills we are Looking For:

·       Work Experience: To be successful you must have at least 2 years of industry work experience or Level 5 diploma or higher qualification in Communication

·        Accuracy & Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure every task is completed accurately and to the highest standard.

  • Outstanding Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivation & Independence: Someone who takes initiative, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and consistently delivers high-quality results.
  • Usually work regular office hours, but may sometimes work longer hours, or evenings.

           may work in stressful conditions if they support managers who are in high-pressure jobs.

Salary can be negotiated as per your experience level between $32 to $36 per hour.
