We are looking for a Temp Head Chef, to step in and run the kitchen operations for up to 12 week.
We have been BUZZed and looking for a talented Head Chef to take over the reigns and lead the kitchen team, for up to 3 months, whilst they go through a recruitment process. If you are experienced Head Chef, with hotel / multi outlet experience and a proven track record, then give us a BUZZ!

We are seeking a Head Chef with drive, passion and ambition still burning in the belly to take over a well established kitchen, is full peak season. With a full brigade of chefs in the kitchen, we need a natural leader, mentor and culinary professional. As Head Chef you will take command of the kitchen operations and guide the team during this transition period. We need someone competent with FCP, Stocktaking, Bulk Ordering and training.

Prior experience as a Head Chef is essential, as the General Manager is looking for seamless transition. There is an option for a temp to perm, should you wish to be considered for the permanent job. 

The contract will run for aprox 2-3 months, starting early February with an option for permanent employment. Hourly rate of $40-$42 per hour plus free onsite parking and accommodation.
