We present a dining experience where India’s warmth meets Napier’s modern coastal elegance with dine-in, and take away is also available. 

We undertake catering is on request. 

We are a family run business and looking forward to hire team members who can enthusiastically carry on with our recipes and tradition with a blend of their own. We operate on all days of the week 4:00 pm -10:00 pm. 

We are in search of Indian Chef/Tandoor Chef (2 positions) permanent full-time who ready to integrate into our kitchen with their expertise that comes through working through busy kitchens and/or relevant qualifications. 

Your routine day will include the following: 

  • Prepare, cook and serve
  • Preparing menu items to the highest quality
  • Quality checking all ingredients used in recipes
  • Plating food items to ensure proper presentation
  • Accommodating patrons food preferences on request
  • Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Menu planning
  • Ensuring food storage according to food safety requirements
  • You may be involved in special events catering
  • Manage and train other kitchen staff 
  • Committed to the highest standards of cleanliness of the preparation areas including   equipment’s, utensils etc and adhering to our policies and procedures.

We prefer someone with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience and / or relevant qualifications.
