Cook

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team. This is a full- time position for skilled individual who is passionate about food, efficient in the kitchen, and able to manage daily operations to a high standard.

Position-Cook

Location - Rotorua, Bay of Plenty

Working Hours- 30 to 40 per week

Pay Rate - $30 to $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality check ingredients and prepared products to be used during service
• Follow recipes accurately
• Prepare food using various appliances and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe and sanitized work area
• Organize equipment, utensils and other tools prior to service
• Participate in the garnishing and presentation of dishes
• Oversee opening and closing duties for each assigned shi
• Clean and sanitise work areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience OR any NZQA Level 2 qualification

What We Offer:

• Full-time position minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed
• Wage: $30 ~ $35 per hour (with entitlements in line with NZ standards, including holiday pay, sick leave, and public holidays)
