Job Details:
Hourly Rate Range: $32.00 -$35.00
Location: Auckland
Working hours:32-40 hours per week
The role will include, but not limited to:

Mastering Director’s priorities and providing comprehensive administrative support to Director to ensuring efficient day to day operations.

Acting as the point of contact between Director and school colleagues.

Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Researching a variety of education topics and managing education events if required.

Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms.
-
Attending meetings to take minutes, recording, and following up action items.

Accepting and making phone calls and emails on behalf of Director.

Setting Director’s daily schedule and coordinating travel arrangements.

Reviewing incoming reports and handling all correspondence directed to Director.

Managing office documentation, filing and databases.
-
Producing education reports and presentations if required.

Other duties may be reasonably required.
Job pre-requisites:

A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience is required

A minimum bachelor’s degree related to Business/Arts/Education is required

Excellent communication skills.

Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.

Excellent work ethic and great time management.
