Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence

  • Organize meetings and prepare reports or documents

  • Run personal errands as required

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Assist with day-to-day planning and task coordination

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Professional attitude and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification or 2 years of experience

  • Flexibility in working hours -30 hour per week

  • $30 to $35 Per hour
