We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to support training coordination within a large health organisation. This role supports the development, delivery, and reporting of training programmes across multiple hospital sites and works closely with operational, training, and learning & development teams.
This is a ASAP start until end of June, working full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of training materials and modules
- Ensure training content is accurate, consistent, and fit for hospital environments
- Coordinate training logistics including room bookings, travel, accommodation, and equipment
- Maintain training registers and learner records in collaboration with L&D
- Support instructors to ensure training data is accurate and up to date
- Assist with on-site training delivery when required
- Manage SharePoint sites, training documents, and stakeholder databases
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting, including KPI and financial reports
- Act as point of contact for training-related admin, IT support, and enquiries
- Manage CPI orders, invoices, bookings, and approvals (deputising for GM Protective Services)
About You
- Proven experience in senior administration, coordination, or training support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and registers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, training, or large organisations is advantageous
