Role Overview

We are seeking two reliable and motivated cooks to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing and cooking Japanese dishes in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards, while supporting the smooth daily operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw ingredients and cook dishes according to menu requirements

  • Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to a high standard

  • Season and garnish dishes appropriately before service

  • Store food in temperature-controlled environments in compliance with food safety regulations

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times

  • Assist with preparing food to meet special dietary requirements when necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Previous  two years of cooking experience 

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

  • No drug or criminal history
