Xin Limited is based in Hastings, now we urgently requires cook to join us.

You are required to work at least 30 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, within working hours from 4pm to 2am , and have at least 2-year relevant cook experience, or hold NZQCF level 4 or above cookery qualification.

We offer hourly wage rates ranging from Min $29.7 to maxi $41 depending on your relevant work experience and skill.

 

Your main tasks include:
Preparing foodstuffs including raw ingredients
Ordering food supplies

organizing deliveries and restocking shelves
Preparing and cooking food
Seasoning food during cooking
Aarranging food on plates or wrap takeaways
Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
Giving instructions and demonstrating cooking methods to others
Planning menus and creating new recipes including Chinese cuisine
May train other kitchen staff and apprentices
