We are  seeking a capable and organised Administration Assistant - Part Time to provide high-quality administrative support within a busy team. This role plays an important part in ensuring efficient service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Manage correspondence, records, and documentation in accordance with government standards

  • Data entry and maintenance of internal systems

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and diaries

  • Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally

  • Support team members with operational tasks as required

Skills and Experience:-

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or government systems

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
