Rooted in traditional Thai flavours and refined for the local palate, our kitchen delivers dishes with bold authenticity, balance, and unwavering consistency.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Thai Cook to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity ideal for someone who is committed to maintaining high culinary standards while helping elevate Thai cuisine to new heights.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes.
• Take charge of a cooking station e.g., curry, wok, or prep counter
• Ensure consistency in flavour, presentation, and portion control
• Assist daily kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Collaborate closely with other team members.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, especially during busy service and catering functions
We are looking for someone with strong teamwork and communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in learning and developing within the culinary field. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to follow instructions carefully, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Confidence working under pressure and a good understanding of Thai ingredients, kitchen equipment, and safe food handling practices are important. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.
