Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cook to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard while maintaining efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist in preparing in-house raw materials, including patties and sauces
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • NZQF Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent qualification), or
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good time management and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and punctual
