Paasha Turkish café is an authentic Turkish restaurant and take away in Pukekohe, Auckland. We offer our customers a great food experience in Turkish cuisine, 7 days a week. We urgently need two more cooks to join our busy team. An immediate start is preferable. Our working hours are: Monday to Sunday: 10am - 9pm.The successful candidate must be able to work on weekends when required.

Your Responsibilities will be:

- You will be responsible for preparing, seasoning and cooking Turkish food and deserts. We have a Turkish Delight Shop next to our cafe where we produce Turkish Delight, knafeh and kadayif. The candidates will also be responsible for making these special desserts.

- High standard of personal hygiene and presentation.

- Ability to work in a small, high-paced and vast volume environment.

- Punctual, organised & capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.

- Experience with health & safety laws and keeping records for quality control.

- Able to work holidays, evenings and weekends

- New Zealanders or with a visa allowing to work for us

What we offer:

· $27/h-$30/h depending on your experience

· Full time, permanent employment

· Min 30h/week guaranteed (you will be rostered)

Job Prerequisites:

· 1 year of work experience (preferably in Turkish cuisine)

· Available for work on weekends and holidays.
