Vani’s Kitchen, a premium fine dining restaurant known for authentic Hyderabadi cuisine and refined plating techniques, is seeking an experienced Cook to join our culinary team. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role, a passion for Indian flavours, and high attention to quality. This role offers a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities

Plan menus and assist in estimating food and labour costs.

Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation at every stage of preparation.

Prepare and cook authentic Hyderabadi and Indian dishes with fine dining standards.

Maintain consistency, portion control, and premium plating techniques.

Discuss food preparation, dietary, and quality concerns with Managers and kitchen staff.

Enforce strict hygiene and food safety regulations at all times.

Demonstrate cooking techniques and guide kitchen team members when required.

Order, receive, and store ingredients and food supplies efficiently.
