Hours of work: at least 30 hours per week

Shifted from Monday to Saturday

Luban GL Construction Limited is a residential property construction company in Auckland. We are looking for a full time Personal Assistant to work alongside director to assist in facilitating business goals.

The ideal candidate should have:  

  • Master degree in business field; 

  • Research and analytical skills;

  • Strong oral and written communication skills;

  • Excellent time management skills and computing skills;

  • Reliable and able to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between director and external parties and internal staff.

  • Organize meetings agendas, attend and take minutes of meetings, maintain confidential files and business documents

  • Research the relevant information, prepare reports and related documents as required by director for both internal meetings and external business meetings.

  • Conduct research and gather relevant commercial, financial, and project-related information to assist the Director in strategic planning and operational decision-making.

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, prioritise appointments, coordinate business schedules,  organize business itineraries and travel arrangements for Director.

  • Draft and prepare professional correspondence, including letters, emails, reports, and contractual documents, based on the Director’s instructions.
