Shifted from Monday to Saturday
Luban GL Construction Limited is a residential property construction company in Auckland. We are looking for a full time Personal Assistant to work alongside director to assist in facilitating business goals.
The ideal candidate should have:

Master degree in business field;

Research and analytical skills;

Strong oral and written communication skills;

Excellent time management skills and computing skills;

Reliable and able to work under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact between director and external parties and internal staff.

Organize meetings agendas, attend and take minutes of meetings, maintain confidential files and business documents

Research the relevant information, prepare reports and related documents as required by director for both internal meetings and external business meetings.

Conduct research and gather relevant commercial, financial, and project-related information to assist the Director in strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Manage the Director’s calendar, prioritise appointments, coordinate business schedules, organize business itineraries and travel arrangements for Director.

Draft and prepare professional correspondence, including letters, emails, reports, and contractual documents, based on the Director’s instructions.
