Payrate- $25- $30 per hour

  • Prepare, cook and present food items as per menu specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of kitchen equipment.

  • Monitor the quality of food and presentation, ensuring that every dish served meets the cafe’s high standards.

  • Ensure food safety standards are met, including safe handling, storage, and disposal of food products.

  • Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes.

  • Handling multiple food orders at one time.

  • Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive.

  • Dressing order for presentation.

  • Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides.

  • Sanitising and cleaning work stations and utensils.

  • Reordering stock and food supplies.

  • Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members

    when needed.

  • Controlling the heat levels of oven to ensure proper cooking

    temperatures.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen.
