Prepare, cook and present food items as per menu specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of kitchen equipment.

Monitor the quality of food and presentation, ensuring that every dish served meets the cafe’s high standards.

Ensure food safety standards are met, including safe handling, storage, and disposal of food products.

Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes.

Handling multiple food orders at one time.

Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive.

Dressing order for presentation.

Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides.

Sanitising and cleaning work stations and utensils.

Reordering stock and food supplies.

Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members
when needed.

Controlling the heat levels of oven to ensure proper cooking
temperatures.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen.
