Cloud Bridge Trading Limited is trading company specialising in providing quality trolly, shelving, join bays. We are looking for a personal assistant to join our awesome team.
You will be working at our premises in Auckland, a minimum of 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday as normal hours of work, and you may be required to perform on Saturday as well. Please note this is a permanent full-time role and the hourly pay rate would be $30-$35 based on the candidates' skills.
Job Description for This Position

Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal staff, suppliers, and customers, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination of daily business operations.

Assist in preparing reports, business correspondence, supplier communications, quotations, and other documentation relating to product sourcing, sales, and operations.

Maintain confidential business records, contracts, supplier agreements, and company documentation in an organised and secure manner.

Attend internal meetings as required, take accurate minutes, and monitor follow-up actions to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

Manage the Director’s diary, coordinate appointments with suppliers and clients, and arrange travel schedules, including accommodation and itineraries when required.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier documents, and supplier invoices, ensuring accurate filing and record keeping.

Screen telephone calls, respond to general enquiries regarding products and orders, and redirect messages appropriately.

Assist with drafting letters, reports, product documentation, and other official communications with accuracy and professionalism.

Provide administrative and project support for procurement, inventory coordination, and client orders to ensure business deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
Key Requirements for Successful Applicants:

Either have at least three years’ of professional experience in office environment, or have a diploma at or above level 4 diploma in business administration or related field.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the majority of our suppliers and staff communicate in Mandarin.

Punctual and reliable with a positive can-do attitude will be key in this role.

A positive and willing attitude to learn and progress.
