Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create an exceptional dining experience.
Provide coverage of the senior lead chef during their days off.
Prepare delicious meals from our seasonal menus, rich in variety, flavour and nutrition.
Cater to different regional dietary needs of the patron.
Assist with specialty food for fine dining expereince and functions.
About you:
Must have Level 5 Cookery
Proven experience as a chef for over 4+ years
Excellent comunication skill
A reliable, friendly and professional manner
LCQ and Full drivers Licence is required
All applicants must posses valid new zealand work rights and ability to clear drug test.
