Full time position available working in both our restaurant and catering operation.

We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

 

•       Assist team with the planning of functions

•       Assist with menu planning and costings

•       Raise profit margins on food with compromising quality

•       Overseeing restaurant team & catering team at functions

•       Creating prep and order lists

•       Ordering food for restaurant & functions

•       Check equipment and food lists prior to function/event day

•       Records kept according to food control plan

•       Preparation of food

•       Assist managing & training kitchen staff

•       Communicate with staff in a constructive, clear, and respectful manner

•       Ensure kitchen and equipment is kept clean and organised
