Role:
- Administrative Assistant

Opportunity:
- Permanent, fulltime.
- $25.00 to $31 per hour 
- Hours of work - 30 to 50 per week 
- Utilise your broad skill base.
- Usual working days are Mondays - Saturdays

You:
- Diploma qualified professional OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience for this busy role.
- Liaising with other office staff on matters relating to daily operations of the business.
- Coordinating and managing office appointments, employee job site assignments, and organising client meetings.
- Ability to juggle multiple clerical tasks associated with recruitment, diary management, etc
- Manage confidential files and important documents
- organises nad attending meetings and act as secretary if required
- handles incoming and outgoing mails, manage correspondence filling, and keep records up to date.
- Experience staying calm under pressure, commitment to timeliness and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Extremely high level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Maintain, organise, and record all office files and documents.
- A commitment to the highest standards of health and safety
- Must speak fluent English and have strong communication skills. Ideally you can also speak Tagalog to add value to your pastoral care role for our migrant workers
