Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant/Legal Secretary to provide administrative support services. We are seeking someone who thrives on working in a busy, dynamic and stimulating environment. This is a critical role requiring superior organization and time management skills.

You will be an expert at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure. You must be process orientated and have experience in setting up new systems. You’ll have initiative and be a natural problem-solver who seeks out continuous improvement in their work.

 To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Previous experience working as a PA/Legal Secretary of at least one year 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure when managing multiple activities with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent MS Suite skills

The successful appointee will have a legal entitlement to work in New Zealand. This permanent role is located in the Wellington CBD and is full time.
