Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience OR At least Level 4 qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present fried and grilled chicken-based meals and other takeaway menuitems.
- Follow standardised recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices in all kitchen areas.
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food control plans, allergen management, and temperature checks.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage customer orders duringbusy periods.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations before, during, and after service.
