Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience OR At least Level 4 qualification.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present fried and grilled chicken-based meals and other takeaway menuitems.
  • Follow standardised recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices in all kitchen areas.
  • Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with food control plans, allergen management, and temperature checks.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage customer orders duringbusy periods.
  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations before, during, and after service.
