Global Trading Ltd is looking for 1 cook to run the store operaton smoothly. This is a permanent job with min of 30 hourse at the rate of $30-$38 per hour depdning on your skils, experience and education in Auckland region.

The job duties may include but not limited :

• Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
• Regulating temperatures of ovens, grils and other cooking equipment
• Preparing and cooking food
• Seasoning food during cooking 
• Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
• Storing food in temperature controled facilities
• Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
• May plan menus and estimate food requirements
• May train other kitchen staff and apprentices

Qualification and Experience: 

• Level 4 qualificationa or higher or 3 years relevant expreince required
