Oneroa Beach Club is a busy beachfront cafe located on Waiheke Isaland, offering high-quality casual dining with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled cook too join our kitchen team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of cafe-style meals in accordance with menu requirements 
  • Assisting in menu planning and daily kitchen operations
  • Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency 
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times 
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies 
  • Supporting kitchen workflow during busy service periods 

Requirements 

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience or a relevant level 4 qualification 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment 
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygienen practices 
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team 

What we offer you:

  • Good pay rates 
  • 8% Annual leave and kiwi saver if applicable and sick leave 
  • miminum 30 hours per week and maxmum 40 hours per week 
  • pay 26NZD to 36NZD per hour based on your skills
