The opportunity:
My client is a lead trade and investment promotion agency in the pacific. They're entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation, creating an opportunity for a part-time Investment Administrator to join their small, high-performing investment team.
This newly established role will support the launch and ongoing management of their digital platform designed to help businesses develop investment-ready proposals through guided learning modules. The toolkit also provides investors with access to bankable projects and valuable sector and country insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and day-to-day operation of the Investment Readiness Toolkit
- Review and assess registrations and completed modules for approval
- Monitor system activity, workflow processes, and user engagement
- Coordinate business mentors and track assignment progress
- Identify system risks or issues and report on technical and functional performance
- Generate toolkit performance and backend reports
- Conduct market research and assist with data analysis related to foreign direct investment, aid, and grant funding
- Maintain up-to-date investment sector information and track investor activity
- Collaborate with the Investment Facilitation Manager on reporting and planning
- Actively contribute to team discussions and maintain transparency on progress and challenges
About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, investment analysis, administration, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and technical skills
- Confident working with systems, databases, or CRM tools (experience with finance toolkits is advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, project management, or similar (preferred)
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
Working arrangements:
This is primarily an office-based role in central Auckland. This role has a workload equivilant of three ful days per week.
