Arjun Singh is looking for two Indian cooks:Curry and Tandoori in Auckland region:Stanmore Bay

Only New Zealand citizens, residents, or on open work visas can apply who have two year work experience in Curry and Tandoor cooking.

Wages will be paid $27-$30/hour and overtime at the same pay rate. 

 

30-35 hours per week; working hours:11:30 am -2:30 pm and 4 pm - 9 pm with weekend availability as flexibly required and Tuesday off.

Wages will be paid into their nominated bank account weekly.

Duties:

examining foodstuffs to ensure quality;

regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment;

preparing and cooking food; 

seasoning food during cooking;

portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes;

 storing food in temperature controlled facilities;

 preparing food to meet special dietary requirements;

 may plan menus and estimate food requirements;

may train other kitchen staff and apprentices.
