We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef with strong capability in both Western and Asian cuisine to join our bakehouse and café dining teams in Reporoa and Taupō.

This is a full‑time, permanent role offering median wage, suitable for a trade‑qualified chef or an experienced professional meeting Chef requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Western and Asian cafĂ© dishes to a high standard
  • Deliver consistent food quality, flavour, and presentation
  • Assist with menu execution, daily specials, and preparation planning
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
  • Support stock control and smooth kitchen operations
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 3years’ experience as a Chef
  • Proven experience in both Western and Asian cuisine
  • CafĂ© or casual dining experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays
