Nockie’s Palette is a boutique New Zealand winery based in Queenstown,  producing internationally awarded Central Otago Pinot Noir, Hawke’s Bay  Chardonnay and Barossa Shiraz, where art meets wine. We are now looking for  an Executive Assistant to support our General Manager and help keep the  business running smoothly day to day. 

Job Description 

This role will include, but not be limited to: 

• Liaising with other staff on matters relating to the organisation’s operations

• Researching and preparing reports, briefing notes, memoranda,  correspondence and other routine documents 

• Maintaining confidential files and documents 

• Attending meetings and acting as secretary as required 

• Maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements

• Processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence and  maintaining records 

• Screening telephone calls and answering inquiries 

• Taking and transcribing dictation of letters and other documents

• Coordinating communications and schedules across the General Manager’s  domestic and overseas business relationships 

• Assisting the General Manager with any other administrative duties as  required

• Pay rate: $25.00 per hour 

• Hours per week: minimum 30 hours, maximum 55 hours per week The successful applicant must have: 

• At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant  or senior administrator, with a Master’s degree or higher in Management or  Business Management 

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Excellent written and verbal English 

• Self-directed, organised and discreet with confidential information
