We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator or Personal Assistant to join a healthcare organisation based in South Auckland on a temporary assignment commencing in mid-July and expected to run for a minimum of three months.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting 2–3 managers with a wide range of day-to-day PA and administrative responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage competing priorities, and provide high-level support with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and calendar management
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Travel and meeting coordination
- General administrative and PA support
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
About You:
- Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or Personal Assistant role is essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
