Job Details:
Location: Auckland
Position: Personal Assistant
Term: Permanent full time position
Wage: $32.00-$34.50 per hour
Hours of work: minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 50 hours per week
Shifted from Monday to Saturday
We require the candidate to have:

At least 2 years of relevant working experience

OR tertiary qualification in business or equivalent to a New Zealand qualification level 5
Duties and responsibilities:

Schedule and organize marketing advertising on regular basis

Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations to director

Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately

Record notes and messages for the employer
-
Maintaining confidential files and documents of the business
-
Deal with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes

Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
-
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the Director
-
Perform as a liaison between the employer, staffs, subcontractor or city council staffs as required

Act as the first point of contact for the employer as necessary
-
Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling
-
Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
-
