Job Details:

Location: Auckland

Position: Personal Assistant

Term: Permanent full time position

Wage: $32.00-$34.50 per hour

Hours of work: minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 50 hours per week 

Shifted from Monday to Saturday

We require the candidate to have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience

  • OR tertiary qualification in business or equivalent to a New Zealand qualification level 5

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize marketing advertising on regular basis

  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations to director

  • Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately

  • Record notes and messages for the employer

  • Maintaining confidential files and documents of the business 

  • Deal with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes 

  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences

  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the Director

  • Perform as a liaison between the employer, staffs, subcontractor or city council staffs as required

  • Act as the first point of contact for the employer as necessary

  • Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling

  • Read and write correspondence in mail or email form

  • Any other duties may be required by the company
