Avanda Group is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the General Manager (Marketing) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the real estate sector, while also contributing to marketing coordination and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions.

Job Description

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other events
  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar to optimise time and ensure timely attendance at all engagements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, letters, and other correspondence
  • Assist in the research and preparation of real estate–related documents
  • Coordinate with various parties involved in real estate developments and transactions
  • Support the General Manager in maintaining positive client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Organise and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents such as contracts, agreements, reports, and briefing notes
  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including preparing detailed itineraries
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient office environment

Marketing, Media & AI-Driven Content Responsibilities

  • Plan, capture, and edit high-quality photography and videography content for real estate projects
  • Produce property marketing videos, including shooting, editing, and post-production
  • Assist in developing digital marketing materials, including social media content, listings, and promotional campaigns
  • Utilise AI-driven tools for image enhancement, video editing, and visual content generation to improve marketing efficiency and quality
  • Coordinate property shoots, including staging, timing, and collaboration with agents and external vendors
  • Maintain a library of visual assets and ensure consistency in branding and presentation across all marketing channels
  • Support the General Manager in executing marketing initiatives and enhancing the visual presentation of developments

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or General Managers in a professional business environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in photography and AI-driven visual content creation, with a proven track record in producing high-quality real estate marketing videos and digital campaigns
