We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef in our restaurant , you will play a crucial role in
upholding the high standards and taste that our customers have come
to expect. If you are dedicated to creating exceptional dishes and
have a love for Mediterranean cuisine, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Turkish and Mediterranean dishes,
including kebabs, grills, and other traditional specialties.
Ensure the consistency and quality of all food items.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menu items.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety
and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Requirements:
2 years experience as a Chef, preferably in Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine. OR
Level 4 Qualification.
strong passion for cooking and creating delectable dishes.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Food safety certification is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
