We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a high-performing shared support team, providing exceptional administrative and executive support to senior leaders.

This role requires a highly organised professional who can confidently manage multiple executive calendars, coordinate logistics, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure leaders can focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple executives
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and executive logistics
  • Prepare documentation, correspondence, and briefing materials
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation
  • Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive support
  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm, professional, and adaptable under pressure
