CHEF

Requirements:

3 years of relevant experience or a level 5 or above relevant qualification; Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions.

Must be flexible for work, able to work over the weekends, and must cover our required shifts.

Long-term and full commitments are required.

Develop restaurant menus, calculate ingredient and labor costs, and plan and place food procurement orders;

Supervise the entire process of dish preparation and plating, ensuring standards for quality, flavor, and presentation are met;

Coordinate with the restaurant manager, back-of-house team, and front-of-house staff regarding dish preparation;

Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide guidance to kitchen staff on cooking procedures and operational standards;

Prepare ingredients and dishes in accordance with menu standards;

Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations and standardize kitchen operations;

Participate in the recruitment and skills training of kitchen staff;

Standardize the freezing and storage of ingredients to ensure freshness.
