Welcome to Water Boy, the Eastern Bays newest beachside hangout. Serving up fresh food from scratch with a changing seasonal menu and good vibes right by the sea. We’re all about great service, laid-back atmosphere, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile on their face.   

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and baking a range of pastries, cakes, desserts & other dishes to support our new menu.
  • Preparing pastry doughs, fillings, creams, custards and sauces.
  • Enforcing health & safety and food hygiene standards.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Loves working with people and brings great energy to every shift
  • Is reliable, punctual, self-motivated and a real team player
  • Has basic hospitality training and at least 1 year of pastry experience
  • Can stay calm and friendly during a busy service
  • Is flexible with working weekends and evenings over a 7-day roster
