Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Prepare and cook a variety of Asian cuisine to a high standard
Ensure food quality, presentation, and food safety standards are maintained
Assist with kitchen operations, stock management, and maintaining a clean workspace
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a Chef, preferably preparing Asian cuisine
Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and quality standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
What's We're Looking For:
Experience preparing a range of Asian dishes
Reliable, hardworking, and well-organised
Strong attention to detail and food quality
Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
Requirements:
Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Available for weekend work
