We are a busy Chinese returant in East Auckland looking for an experienced chef joining our busy team. 

Tasks:

1. To prepare and cook high quality dishes

2. To control food quality and stock level

3. To design, produce and create new dishes

4. To run and manage, supervise kitchen hand staff

5. To assist in menu planning

6. To oversee health and hygiene issues

7. To estimate amounts and costs of required supplies such as food and ingredients

8. To analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items based on food, labour and overheadcosts

Experience:At least 3 years relavant working experience

Salary: $42 per hour

Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
